A Heritage listing was a challenge when renovations commenced on this block of 12 apartments.
Each apartment was completely renovated with all fixtures, fittings and colours approved by Heritage Victoria.
All external staircases were removed and the internal staircase was extended for access to the roof area and two new apartments.
The rooftop turret is a feature of this building, from which there are commanding views to the beach and city skyline.
